Super Inn & Suites by OYO Milledgeville

Check-in went smoothly, and the staff were courteous. I had a pleasant stay, with a clean, comfortable room.

We ended up spending our two nights next door at Comfort Inn because there was no water in this place's pool. The rooms were nasty, with lots of dead roaches on the floor, and renovations still had a long way to go. It was horrible. I'd choose the street over staying here. Stay away.

The room smelled damp and stale, with mold on the walls and ceiling. There were holes in the walls and mirrors that looked ready to fall off. Roaches were all over the bathroom, and I had to share the room with them. Absolutely disgusting. Avoid this place at all costs.

The washer and dryer were unreliable, and the dryer had an opening at the bottom that was left exposed, which could cause an incident. Maid service knocked before checkout, and the internet connection kept cutting out. The staff were very rude, and I got lies and excuses when problems came up. I don't think anyone in that office understands customer service, hospitality, or courtesy. When you're paying, you expect the amenities you paid for.
