Holiday Inn Express & Suites Millersburg by IHG

The coffee was amazing. Their machine grinds the beans and brews it, and even the decaf was good. There were two kinds of bacon, plenty of bread choices and fruit, and brunch included two kinds of eggs. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, and everything felt clean and fresh. The room had all the amenities, including a blow dryer, fridge, and large shampoo and hand soap pumps. I liked the fun, somewhat contemporary lobby and the smallish indoor pool. The value for the price was spot on, and this was the best hotel we'd stayed in for a while. I'd stay again.

We all got rooms on the same floor when we came for a sewing retreat in Millersburg, and the hotel was so well kept. I've never stayed in a Holiday Inn this well maintained. They supplied coffee and all the extras, including a blow dryer, hand soap, lotion, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. There was even a note on the bathroom counter saying to call the front desk if we'd forgotten a toothbrush, toothpaste, or other items, and they would bring them up. The room also had an iron and board, plus a refrigerator and microwave for storing and reheating our leftovers. The staff were very nice, knew their jobs, and did them well. I enjoyed the stay and will definitely return next year. It's now at the top of my list.

The staff were helpful, and we especially liked the fitness center. It was clean and spacious, with plenty of machines, a weight bench, and towels. Our room was comfortable, clean, and roomy, and the in-room coffee machine made good coffee. Breakfast was delicious too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to come again.

The staff and service were the best part of our stay. I had to check out quickly for work and left some things behind in my room. Three days later, they had my belongings locked up and were quick and attentive in helping me retrieve them. Housekeeping and the reception staff were especially excellent. The hotel's in a good location, it's clean, and the rooms are quite nice.
