Stephanie and Ed made our weekend feel refreshing, even with all the hard work our team had planned. Breakfast was phenomenal each morning, with fresh produce from local farms. The historic home has so much character and thoughtful detail, and the property is beautifully maintained. We loved spending time outdoors on the farm just beyond Lancaster. Stay here, it was a wonderful weekend at the Blue Rock Bed and Breakfast.

Ed and Stephanie Hersh are what make this B&B special. Stephanie treats guests to homemade cooking, and Ed, a professional Christian counselor, offers his services as part of your stay. The rooms feel homey and comfortable, a restful place to come back to. You’re within 30-45 minutes of attractions from Hersheypark to Amish country.

We had the whole beautiful old house to ourselves, and everyone had plenty of comfort and space. The hosts made us feel completely welcome, and breakfast came with a lovely spread of homemade goodies for the trip home. The location worked really well for the wedding we were attending at The Mill. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Ed and Stephanie were such kind hosts, and the breakfast spread was amazing. It’s a great home with even better people. I’ll keep recommending their B&B, and I’m hoping to come back myself.

We had enough space for our family of four in the large suite, with room left over. Everyone had a comfortable bed, and the sleeping area was well separated from the living space for some quiet time. The huge bathroom made getting ready easy, and the toys and games were a nice touch. Breakfast had plenty for everyone: eggs, sausage, three kinds of pancakes, muffins, granola, fresh fruit, and salsa from the garden. We had no food restrictions, but Stephanie was willing to accommodate them if needed. Ed and Stephanie are welcoming, and the rooms and breakfast are a great value. Better than a hotel, and less expensive too.
