Residence Inn Milpitas Silicon Valley

We stayed here for the 2026 Super Bowl, GO HAWKS. The whole staff was welcoming, hospitable, and friendly. There’s a lavish pool and hot tub beside a high-end outdoor basketball court. If you’re in the area and want comfortable, true residence-style accommodations, I’d highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful 10-night stay at the Residence Inn here. The facilities were clean and well maintained, breakfast had a good selection, and the customer service was excellent. Michelle Velasco at the front desk was especially helpful. I also want to call out restaurant manager Cleo. She’s the reason we’ll stay here again next time we visit the Bay Area.

I’ve stayed here twice. The breakfast is very good, served 6-9am on weekdays and 6:30-9:30am on weekends. Hospitality is great, and the rooms are clean. They’re quick to respond when you have a question. There’s happy hour Monday through Wednesday from 5-6:30pm. Laundry is on the second floor and costs $3.50 to wash and dry. The pool and gym are available any time.

There isn’t much to eat within walking distance, though getting around by car is fine. The room was okay and clean, but visibly dated. The elevators are too few, so getting upstairs can be a hassle, and the fitness equipment is limited. Service was poor. I didn’t get a toothbrush for two days.
