Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Milton East I-10

From Jodi’s warm welcome and excellent service at check-in to the amazing breakfast wanda prepares, the staff go out of their way to make guests feel welcome. Housekeeping is on point too, the rooms are clean and smell fresh. This hotel deserves 5+++ stars. I recommend it 10-10 and plan to stay again when I’m back in the area.

The rooms are outdated, and be careful because there’s mold in the bathrooms. Still, the staff more than made up for the rooms. Brittany at the front desk was so sweet and pleasant when we had a leak, and moved us right away. The young woman who checked us in also went above and beyond by upgrading us to a suite. Sorry, I forgot her name. The whole staff was amazing.

Every staff member here has treated me like family, and my stay isn’t over yet, but I wanted to write this now. Ms. Jodi at the front desk greets me warmly with an infectious smile. Ms. Wanda keeps the breakfast area in good shape and smiles at me each morning. Mr. Kailer at the front desk is a very kind young man, and treated me gently when I was emotionally fragile. Ms. Dianne, the AGM, would give the shirt off her back to help someone. Ms. Malena is great too, always there at night when I need snacks and very nice. This is the most welcoming hotel staff I’ve ever encountered.

Almost $200 for one night felt way overpriced. This place shouldn’t cost more than $120. The room seemed clean, but there were signs of water damage. I could barely sleep because the AC was loud, and every time it kicked on, it blew out a horrible smell.
