Best Western Mineola Inn

Even with construction going on, they still served breakfast. The room was very clean, and they brought me extra pillows and blankets. The staff were friendly and professional, answered my questions, and kept an eye out for me and my children. I also left my phone behind, and they called me quickly and put it somewhere safe. We enjoyed our visit.

We’d stay here again without hesitation. It felt safe, comfortable, and well managed, and the staff were genuinely kind and extremely polite. The room was spacious, got nice and dark at night, and didn’t have much road noise. Beds were comfy, and breakfast and coffee were great. It’s a nice little hotel close to everything, including Tyler. If you need to come to East Texas for a burial near Mineola, this would be a good place to stay.

The rooms are on the small side, but comfortable, and the mattress was extremely comfortable. Everything was clean and well stocked when we arrived. We were greeted right away, and the staff explained the property and breakfast hours, 6:30am to 9:30am. The front desk was happy to address any concerns and make things right. We were visiting family and would stay here again when we’re in the area.

A train had stopped on the tracks, blocking every route to the hotel. Since we were from out of town, we had no idea how to get there, but Branden guided us and stayed on the phone until we arrived safely. His help made a stressful situation much easier, and I’m very grateful. His compassion and professionalism left a lasting impression. You’re lucky to have someone as caring and dedicated as Branden on your team.
