We booked a suite with a living room, a nice couch, an office desk and chair, and a TV. The room had been redone nicely, and I loved the hard floors. They're so much better than carpet that could have who knows what in it. My only gripe was the hairdryer or its wall socket didn't work. We tried resetting things every way we could, but couldn't move the dryer because it was fixed to the wall. Otherwise, all good.
Grandma Carri Williams, thanks for the hospitality. Your grandchildren were the sweetest and loveliest I've ever met. The staff were amazingly friendly and took care of the special needs I had for my dog, which made my business trip much less stressful. It was a lovely hotel, and I look forward to my next trip your way.
The room was huge and super clean, and the girl at the desk was lovely. The problem was a group that seemed to be having a family reunion. They were very loud, and their kids ran up and down the stairs yelling as if they owned the place. The front desk girl tried to get one child to stop and quiet down, but it didn't work. The kid seemed to do whatever she wanted. The elevator has a posted child supervision rule, and I hope the owners enforce it whoever's gathering on the property. Knowing loud, unsupervised kids are allowed makes me less likely to stay again.
The suite was amazing for such a low price, and I slept peacefully. Breakfast had no decaf, bagels, or eggs. Maybe next time, if you're aiming for five stars.
After a very long, awful day, we had some difficult circumstances that brought us here. The room was large, the price was low, and the staff were very friendly. Thanks for giving us a sense of security and peace of mind.
