The restaurant here is delicious, and the service was top tier. I could text for help before, during, and after my stay. It made for a perfect little solo getaway, and I’ll definitely book here again next time I visit.

The lobby feels warm and welcoming, the valet was great, and the restaurant food was good. Restaurant service was good too once someone noticed us waiting and seated us, though one morning we waited over five minutes for that to happen. The front desk service stood out in a good way. Staff were great with guests. Our room was a good size, with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom and shower.

Parking was easy, and I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The staff, location, and amenities are all lovely, and I also love the hotel restaurant. I’d recommend it. Always a great experience here.

After my summer stays, I repeatedly received folios and invoices containing other guests’ personal details, usually their names or Marriott rewards numbers along with room numbers. I reported the problem to both the property and Marriott Case Resolution, but the errors kept happening. This is a serious privacy and security issue, and it points to failures in staff training, accountability, and care with guest information. It isn’t an isolated incident. I’m a Marriott Bonvoy® Gold Elite member, two nights short of Platinum, which I earned in under four months through work travel without a status challenge. I previously held Gold status with IHG and Hilton, and I didn’t status match with Marriott. I’ve shown real loyalty to the brand and have written positive reviews for many other Marriott properties, so this experience stands out as especially unacceptable. I even booked another Marriott property for tomorrow, which will make me Platinum, but this has left me questioning Marriott’s commitment to protecting guest information and providing reliable service. I’m sharing this publicly so other guests know about the risks at this property. Marriott needs to take immediate corrective action to protect guest information and uphold its standards.
