Hilton Garden Inn Minneapolis Downtown

We stayed here while my mom was having surgery at abbott, and I can’t thank the team enough for their kindness and understanding. Tristan at the front desk and Joseph at the bar deserve a special mention. They looked after us so well and were such good people. The rooms were great too.

Cleanliness mattered most to me, and the room was comfortable and cool. I slept well, then had a delicious hot coffee in the morning. From the moment I arrived, the welcome was great, and the staff deserve all the credit. Erica especially made me feel appreciated when she thanked me for being a diamond member. Her smile really is contagious. The hotel represented the brand well and went beyond what I expected. I made a note to come back whenever I’m in town. If you’re thinking about staying here, I’d say go for it. It’s a must for me.

Had to stay here for a week while my dad had appointments. The staff were polite and professional, and the place was clean and looked nice. But the queen beds are awful. The breakfast costs extra and is basically an upgraded continental spread with an omelet bar. Kind of wild that it isn’t included.

A few things went wrong, but the team members were wonderful and more than made up for them. The room was good, and the food was terrific: great flatbread pizzas, a satisfying breakfast, and cold drinks. My one usual complaint is those soft, fluffy pillows that make me feel like I’m being smothered in my sleep. 😉 The location works really well, across from the convention center and close to quite a few places to eat.
