The breakfast buffet was a huge bonus. Our four kids and we ate like kings, and it was a fantastic way to start our vacation days. The rooms were spotless, the downtown views were amazing, and parking was close by, just a few floors below check-in. The environment was calm and quiet, and the pool was very clean. The hot tub jets were strong and gave a wonderful back massage. The fitness center was better than most hotel gyms, with several machines, a few treadmills, a pelaton, a stair stepper, free weights, and an assisted weight machine. We’ll definitely support this business again.

The room was so cold that turning up the heat barely seemed to help. The blinds let in too much light to sleep in, the shower pressure was pathetic, and there were moisture problems throughout the building. In 2026, cable TV is pretty unbearable, and there was no option to stream anything. There was confusion at check-in because the host said breakfast would be complimentary, but we found out the next morning it wasn’t. The parking ramp was extremely expensive, tiny, and hard to navigate around the construction. The location seemed great until we realized the hotel entrance doors were locked. Luckily, some people were there to let us in after our concert. This room definitely wasn’t worth what they charge. It was a room, that’s about it.

Being so close to the Armory made getting to my concert easy, and the skyway connection was a comfort during the really hot summer days. The parking didn’t seem as bad as other reviews suggest, just like any other big-city ramp. My one gripe: the thermostat light was bright all night, and I couldn’t find a way to turn it off. We put a pillow in front of it, which solved that. The staff were all amazing.

We could walk to the Armory in about three minutes, which made getting to and from the venue feel safer and cost less. There’s plenty of food nearby, the beds are comfortable, and the price was decent. Such a cozy hotel.

The rooms are spacious, but I’ve stayed here a couple of times and the hotel’s condition and service haven’t impressed me. It needs a remodel and more attention to the details of the guest experience. The deposit was big, and for the price I wish I’d chosen somewhere better.
