We loved the fire pit on cool evenings and the community pool just steps from the front door. This clean, updated townhome is on the beachside of Sandestin resort, with a back patio overlooking a catch-and-release lake. The golf cart made it easy to get around, and the home looks much more updated than the pictures.

What keeps me booking this house is how clean it is and how convenient the location is. It’s always clean when I arrive, has had recent updates, and the owner gets back to me quickly if I need anything. I can stay nearby and take the cart to the beach, Baytowne Wharf, or Grand Boulevard, which is a huge plus. Destin and 30A are also just a few minutes’ drive away.

The pictures don’t capture how nice it is inside. The grounds were clean when my family arrived, and so was the interior. The updated space has a beautiful renovated kitchen, and I noticed the golf cart was brand new. The kids loved riding it, and it made getting into town easy. We also loved making s’mores by the fire pit on the back patio. We all enjoyed our stay and will be back.

We could park right outside the unit, which made coming and going easy, and the pool was only a few steps away. The patio fire pit looks out over Horseshoe Lake, and having a new six-seat golf cart to get around the resort was handy. They also welcome well-behaved dogs.
