The house worked well for our family of 15, and the street and neighborhood were quiet. It's showing its age but was fairly clean, and the golf cart was a handy way to get around. Be careful with it, though, because the brakes don't work well and you need to leave plenty of distance. A few things need attention. The main floor wood floor hadn't been cleaned in a long time, the return air vent was very dirty, and there was bad mold in the third-level showers. The couches and chair downstairs are worn out, and the queen bed in the main floor bedroom caves in at the middle. Its frame is old, squeaky, and loose, and sounds like it's breaking when you sit down. Some blinds are broken, and the drapes and shower curtain are stained. There was one cockroach in the kitchen. I know they're common in FL. The pool access is through a bedroom, which isn't ideal, and the pool was overflowing. The baby highchair had been left dirty by previous renters. We didn't need it, but it was an eyesore. The TVs were confusing for less tech-savvy people, and some had three remotes. There's no gym despite the listing advertising one. My Vacation Haven ignored my question about where it was and never responded. There wasn't a real person or personal service with this Airbnb, just a large rental organization doing the bare minimum. I understand we have to buy some supplies, but two trash bags and only two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom for a week, for a family of 15, really?
