We rent in this section of baythone every year. It's quiet, clean, and a nice community.

The room was relaxing, and the staff were friendly. I enjoyed checking out the different eateries and shops. The grass area for live entertainment was clean and family friendly. The pier was a nice place to take in the view, and the rooftop was pretty.

My favorite vacation ever 😍 There was so much to see and do, but staying in was lovely too, with plenty of charm, comfy seating, and beds where we could relax. The staff were top notch and ready to help with whatever we needed.

The room was filthy when we arrived, with sand under the comforter, and the building smelled like mildew and marijuana. I saw no signs that proper Covid guild lines had been followed. We woke up to a cold shower, and my kids stayed filthy the whole time because I didn't want them getting sick. I tried repeatedly to reach the manager after they were supposed to call me back, but I kept getting hung up on. Paying resort fees on top of that was the icing on the cake. The worst resort Or hotel I've ever stayed at. STAY AWAY!!!

Terrible experience. I left my wallet in Lake Charles, but I had my passport and offered $5,000 cash as security for possible room damages. They still refused me. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Don't stay here.
