There are two pools, and the property is exceptionally well maintained. You can walk to the beach, Scenic 98, restaurants, ice cream, coffee, and plenty of shops. Sidewalks stretch for miles for walking, running, or biking.

The host was wonderful, and the condo had everything we needed to cook and eat. It was clean and stocked with extra towels and bedding. The beach is within walking distance, and there are two clean heated pools with plenty of lounge chairs.

This is our fifth time renting this particular condo in Crystal Village. Over the past 13 years of visiting Florida, it’s by far the cleanest one we’ve found.

It was hot the whole time, since the air conditioning was set too high for comfort. Even when we turned it down as far as it would go, the Nest thermostat reset it to 78, apparently because the owners had set it that way. There was dirt under the beds, the washer was unreliable and sometimes wouldn’t start, the sinks were clogged, the fans didn’t work, and the front door wouldn’t close properly.
