Edgewater Condominiums 801 Miramar Beach

You can walk to restaurants, shops, and family activity spots from here, and there are 300 feet of beach with lovely sunrise and sunset views. The resort has three pools, one heated, a waterfall pool, and a children's pool, plus an on-site hot tub. It was newly renovated, with beautiful amenities and large play areas for kids. There are basketball and shuffleboard courts, and a large fitness center with free weights, functional training equipment, and cardio machines. One of the best resorts in Miramar Beach!

We loved staying in Edgewater condo Unit 302. The unit has new mattresses, a brand new king sleeper sofa, large new couches, end tables, a dining table, and new appliances. There are sand toys in the guest closet too. The amenities include two pools, a hot tub, exercise room, grills, basketball court, and kids' playground. Come enjoy the clear Emerald water and white sand beach. Your vacation is waiting!

We always love visiting Miramar and staying at Edgwater. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, and the beach is so relaxing. We like the second-floor terrace unit best. Waking up there with a cup of coffee is just perfect.

My family and I stayed in room #811 in the middle of May 2026. On the second day, someone knocked to tell us that water was leaking into the unit below. They thought the hot water heater was leaking, so because it was Sunday, maintenance shut off our hot water until a plumber could come the next day. We missed a night out because we couldn’t shower, and my husband lost a whole day at the beach waiting for the plumber. It turned out the water heater wasn’t the issue. The plumber said an AC drain backing up had been an ongoing problem in the end units. The front desk offered us another end unit three days into the ordeal, after my husband went down to complain. It wasn’t comparable to our unit, and moving six people and a baby would have taken a lot of time. The next day, our toilets backed up for the third day in a row, and feces water spilled into the showers. My husband missed another half day at the beach. The plumber had to come back and remove a toilet to snake about 10 feet down and clear the clog. Management never spoke with us or contacted us about compensation for the time we lost at the beach and with family. The front desk and maintenance staff were very nice, but they couldn’t help with compensation. When we went to the office or called, we kept getting the runaround. I tried several times to reach management in person and by phone and got no response. Sadly, we won’t stay here again.
