We had a great stay. The rooms were clean and roomy, the pool was well kept, and private beach access is right across the street. It's dog friendly, too. There's lots within walking distance, and the washer, dryer, and dishwasher all worked well. Bring extra trash bags since they only provide one, and remember check-in is at 4 because your code won't work before then. BJ was super friendly and helpful even on her day off.
The beach, shopping, and location are incredible, but the unit was extremely dirty, and the bed was the most painful we've slept on. We had to beg for a parking pass, and someone suggested we get paper and a pen and make one ourselves. We were told we had beach access, but there was only pool access. The toilet brush was left out beside the cabinet with fecal matter on it, and barbecue sauce was caked down the counters. The carpet needs replacing. I know you know it needs to be done, so please just do it.
I like it here and would come back, once they fire the cleaning crew. Someone's getting a free ride while we're all paying for it.
We had a wonderful time. The place was beautiful, comfortable, and fully stocked.
We had a great time, and the other guests were nice too.
