The views were gorgeous, especially at sunset, and the setting was so quiet we hardly ran into anyone. The condo was also the biggest and best one my family has stayed in, with a really cool atmosphere. The only drawback was that the internet wasn't very good in my room, though it worked well elsewhere. It was our first stay, and I'd highly recommend it.

We’re back for our second year, and I’m writing this from the beach. We visited in June 2019 and had a lot of seaweed in the water. This time we came August 22-29. Two hurricanes were forecast, but thankfully both missed Destin. We got some rain, though the weather was good overall. It’s a great place to stay in a great location.

Those sunset views are gorgeous, but the HOA people and residents nitpick everything. We booked a whole week to enjoy a family vacation, and instead there’s been a complaint every day. We work hard all year for this, and we’ve felt constantly harassed since arriving. Why offer rentals if you don’t want vacationers staying here?

Our whole family, all adults, fit comfortably across three separate zones. We loved the two master suites facing the beach, and the third bedroom had lovely bay views. The porch wrapped around and was big enough for a sporting event. From the living room, large balcony, and both master suites, the beach views were awe-inspiring. The decor in our unit was tastefully done. Wow, what a place. You can’t go wrong with this unit!
