The apartment was clean, nicely stocked, and comfortable for all seven of us. Being so close to the beach and good food was a big plus. The kids loved the pool, and I enjoyed having my morning coffee on the back patio. We enjoyed our stay.

The beach was close, which was great, but we spent all seven nights dealing with cockroaches. I reported them to a RealJoy representative, who called it a minor issue. The hall bathroom had no toilet paper holder, and the furniture smelled like cat urine. I reported all of this, and they sent the on-site property manager to spray with Home Defense, which I had already used on the first day. I won’t use this company again when we travel.

The ranch-style home was clean, nicely decorated, open plan, and handicap accessible. We could walk to the beach in three minutes, and Pompsno Joes was right there. There was also a nice pool on the property. I’ll definitely want to stay again.

It was quiet and clean, tucked just off the main road but close enough to walk to the beach. That meant less traffic and noise while still being super convenient. Absolutely a joy to stay here, and we plan to come back.

There’s lots of room and it’s very comfortable, with the beach only a short walk away. Parking is the one downside. If you bring more than one car, it can be a problem.
