The room was clean, and the staff were helpful from check-in onward. We had a family issue and needed to leave a couple of days early. Even though we'd booked a nonrefundable rate, the front desk staff and manager helped refund the unused nights. The pool, hot tub, and baby pool were all very clean, too. It's in a nice spot next to an outdoor mall, and we enjoyed our stay.

Residence Inn is my favorite around here. I've tried everything in the area, and this is the spot I'd pick for a fun family vacation with the kids. It's family friendly and works well for a longer stay, too. A proper vacation hotel!

The location worked well, with good breakfast options, and I liked the pool and hot tub. Our room size was decent, with the kitchen attached to the room like a hall. Housekeeping didn't meet expectations, though. I requested fresh sheets and blankets for the third night, but that change was skipped.

The room was great, and the hotel and location were good overall. We had trouble hearing the TV over the air conditioning unit beside it. WiFi was also really bad on the second floor, though I can't say if the floor was the reason. Phone reception was poor too, so the WiFi problems stood out.

The location is good, and room service was okay, though they didn't provide daily room cleaning. My bigger concern was breakfast: there wasn't a protein option for vegans or vegetarians. We had to ask and wait for potatoes without meat.
