We stayed in Unit 401 during the last week of December 2025, just after it had been renovated. It feels peaceful and welcoming, with beautiful decor and plenty of space for several families to spread out without feeling crowded. We especially liked the coffee/wet bar, and the owner clearly put a lot into making it a relaxing place. The private beach access and pool are less than a 100 ft walk away, with coffee shops and restaurants also within walking distance. We’d gladly return and highly recommend it.

The view is gorgeous, and the beach is wonderful, but #1102 left me underwhelmed. It took an hour and a half, several calls, and long waits just to get the door open. The place is run down, as the photos show. The sink leaks, and the beds squeak a lot and aren’t comfortable.

Unit 401 worked so well for our big family vacation. The condo looks newly updated, has large bedrooms, and comes with great amenities, including a gym and two pools, one overlooking the beach. We could walk to the beach, and a walking and biking trail right outside leads to coffee shops and restaurants. Couldn’t have asked for a better condo or location. Highly recommend it.

You can reach the beach in about a minute on foot, and the view is lovely to wake up to. There are two private pools, including a heated one right by the beach. Airbnb.

The location was perfect and the view incredible, so I’d recommend this condo if you can put up with a few small hassles. The tub was black and had hair in it when I arrived. I cleaned it myself, which was gross. I was also confused about the parking passes and asked for clarification. The reply was snarky and said the information had been sent with check-in details, but it actually hadn’t. About five minutes later, she sent the information, so they must have noticed. The living room couch also needs replacing, it sags badly in the middle.
