We moved two doors down the following week and found a beautiful, updated, clean place. Ocean Reef and the property concierge were great, too. As for the Majestic Sun penthouse in Miramar, FL, we've stayed there three times, and it just isn't worth the price. It's run down, which is sad because it could be magnificent. Despite years of rentals and repeated bad reviews, I hoped the owner would take requests seriously and make the major updates it needs. The furnishings and kitchen are so bad I'd be embarrassed to own it. We won't rent there again unless we see that major updates have been done.
