Majestic Sun 409A - 1 Br condo by RedAwning

We had a washer and dryer in Majestic Sun B (Club Wyndham) rm 462, which was great, and parking was handy, right by the elevator with luggage carts on every floor. The condo was comfortable, clean, and had an ocean view from the balcony. Friendly desk staff were there, with small snack desserts in the foyer and a complimentary noon cocktail. The lovely white sand beach was just a short walk across the street. We rented two chairs and an umbrella and had a wonderful day by the water.

Our two evenings at the shared pool were unpleasant. Our daughters were assaulted there by two teenage boys who came over from the hotel without supervision. Majestic Sun allows Wyndham hotel guests to use the amenities, and we saw a lot of loud, disrespectful children from the hotel with no supervision. Security was slow to respond, and there is no security stationed at the pool or lifeguard. The property management company we rented through on AirBNB told us to contact the property manager. It's an affordable option, but expect unsupervised kids and security that does nothing. Beware.

We stayed in building A 0513 and liked the location and atmosphere. Check-in and checkout were contactless, so there was no need to contact anyone. The pool could be cleaner, and closing at 10 pm doesn't leave enough time for a vacation. Even 11 pm would be fine. De la vita rents umbrellas that take up all the space in front of the ocean, so you need to get up early and leave your own umbrella on the beach to get a better spot. If you want to stay near the beach, those boys won't let you set up in front of their umbrellas. I could recommend this place.

My husband and I stayed in Unit 504 at Majestic Sun B from June 26-29th. This was our first family vacation in over five years, and we were shocked by the condition of the condo. It was nowhere near guest-ready or what the listing photos and website standards led us to expect. We emailed a complaint the first evening, but your team never acknowledged or answered it, and you haven't responded to either of our emails since. There was black mold or mildew in bathroom corners, on baseboards, and near the tub. The jetted tub was filthy and damaged, with nozzles broken or missing. Walls throughout had scuffs, patches, and repairs left unpainted, while flooring transitions were torn up and exposed. The unit was poorly cleaned, with hair and dirt in corners and along baseboards. We didn't trust the bedding was clean, so we slept on blankets we brought from home. I attached numerous photos documenting these conditions. At over $1400, the experience felt not just disappointing but exploitative.
