The clean, beautiful beach is just steps away, with easy access, and Pompano Joe’s and Captain Dave’s are both an easy walk, along with a few other places. Maravilla is in a perfect location and kept very clean. There's lots of yard space for dogs, but keep an eye out since not everyone is responsible with their pets.

It gets super crowded, and now they won't let you set up your own umbrella on the beach, even though your rental gives you access to the private beach. So why stay here? How are families supposed to fit under one allowed umbrella unless they pay, of course? This isn't the place it used to be.

Love Maravilla. It's close to the beach, and the umbrella and chair service is complimentary. I'd give it five stars, but check-in is too late and checkout too early now. You lose beach time, and it feels like you're getting shortchanged. They used to let you in earlier if the condo was ready. With the price per night, there should be more time. Now it feels like a whole day less at the beach.

The pools were kept in great shape, and having a private beach just across the street was a real plus. The room was perfect.
