Miramar Beach Villa 111

We’ve been coming here for the past couple of years, and it’s our number one vacation spot. The beach is lovely and really clean. Couldn’t be happier.

Renting golf carts? This is not the place. We vacation in Miramar every year and have never run into a problem like this elsewhere. Management was VERY RUDE, and nobody told us before check-in that carts were prohibited. We spent $1300 on rentals that ended up being a total waste because of this property. For what I paid to stay, I could have found somewhere much nicer. There were huge nails in the parking lot from a “parked” trailer, which a SMALL sign also said shouldn’t be on the premises. Thankfully, we spotted them and walked the lot picking them up. The one good thing was that the private beach area wasn’t packed, and the company I rented through was great. The property grounds are rundown and the management is terrible. I’m not one to leave reviews, especially bad ones, but I feel people like me should know.

Unit #106 needs repairs, a refresh, and a deep clean. It was very poorly cleaned, with lots of dust, hair on the bed, and windows and doors that had never been washed. The dishwasher, coffee maker, and dryer were broken. There was no toilet paper or extra garbage bags. I’m disappointed. The pictures and the real place are two different houses. Never again!

We’ve stayed in other units in this complex over the years, but this time we booked Unit 103, and I wouldn’t recommend it. A lot of things were broken or dirty, and it wasn’t as well cared for or laid out as the other units. We left a few items behind by accident, but by the time we called a day later, they had “disappeared.” Given the cost, I’m disappointed and wouldn’t stay in this unit again.
