We had an okay stay aside from the trouble getting into our room. My mom, cousin, and I drove six and a half hours from Louisiana, arrived late, and the code we’d been given didn’t work. With no front desk, we had to call for a replacement code, which was completely different. We were locked out every day after that, and although they said they’d call us with a new code, they never did. We had to keep calling them ourselves.

My aunt, cousin, and I stayed here, and for the first few days the room code wouldn’t work. We ended up sleeping in the bushes, and nobody answered the phone. They said they’d call back but never did. We were also locked out at the gate for an hour without any help. I was freezing outside in the bushes with my family, and some grown man chased me on the floors there.
