The ocean view is the one saving grace. For what this place costs, it isn’t worth it, especially with so much needing renovation. There are exposed wires, and the floors dip in some spots when you walk over them. The beds are very hard. The outside stairs are steep, with wide gaps between the boards, and they look rickety enough that I didn’t feel safe using them.
The ocean view is great, and having the beach right outside the door is the best part. The floor was sticky when we arrived, though I’m not sure why. Aside from that, the house was great, and I’d definitely recommend staying here.
