Summit at Topsail 1011 - 10th Floor

The patio had a privacy hedge, and our condo was on the bottom floor at the end of the building. The grills were clean and easy to access. A boardwalk made for a short, easy 5-7 walk to white sand and beautiful clear water. We had a great location for Spring Break with our adult children, plus a pool with a restaurant and bar. The drinks were good, though a little pricey. We reserved chairs and an umbrella for three days, and it was well worth not carrying all that back and forth. Made for a relaxing trip. We’d recommend it and come back.

Our apartment was 402 / summit. It was very clean and had everything we needed, which mattered more to us than the updates some reviews said it needed. They even left shampoo, conditioner, plenty of towels, and a welcome kit with dishwasher and laundry soap. I really can’t complain. We used the sauna and highly recommend it. I saw complaints about the TV, but there was so much to do that we didn’t use it.

The pool and beach areas are well kept and great for kids. Best experience and location on the pan handle of Florida.

You’re right next to a state park, with lots of wildlife around and good security, so there’s not much to worry about. All the units have good views. A great place to stay.
