Emily was especially helpful. The staff arranged a birthday surprise for my boyfriend, just as I’d requested: balloons, dessert, and a charcuterie board waiting in the room when we arrived. The room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and cold AC, and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was an excellent location within walking distance of the beach, and they helped us arrange an extra night too. We’ll definitely come back, and I highly recommend it!

The beach was only about a 5-6 minute walk away, which made the location really convenient. Our window had an amazing view, and the rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well cared for. The hotel feels very new, with beautiful modern furniture and interiors. Staff were kind and welcoming throughout. The breakfast team made each morning enjoyable, and reception were always polite and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and would come back. Highly recommend for a relaxing, comfortable vacation!

My fiancée’s birthday stay at the TownePlace Suites was such a good experience. The team made us feel welcome right when we arrived and did a lot to make the occasion special. Everyone was friendly, attentive, professional, and seemed to care about making our visit memorable. The room was quiet, clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a cozy bed, modern setup, and thoughtful amenities that made it feel like home. We also enjoyed the breakfast, and the common areas and rest of the property were clean and inviting. Everything we needed for a relaxing celebration was there. Thanks to the whole TownePlace Suites team. We’d absolutely stay again and highly recommend it.

Kiana at the front desk made our stay stand out. She was kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home and looked after. The property itself was clean and comfortable, and the welcome felt real from the start. You can tell she cares. I’d highly recommend staying here.

This was one of the best family stays we’ve had, and I wish we could’ve stayed longer. The breakfast was nicely done, everything was clean and thoughtfully set up, and the staff were extremely kind and polite. We didn’t get to try the pool. For a family or an extended stay, Towneplace Suites has the basics covered: a fridge, stove, pots, pans, and more items you can borrow from reception. I used to aim for Courtyard or Sheraton when traveling with family, but Towneplace Suites has changed my mind for good. Great stay and a great rate.
