We had a great vacation at this villa. It's right next to Baytown Wharf, with a pool just steps away and easy access to the beach. The golf cart was a nice extra, and we enjoyed our stay.

The golf cart was supposed to be there, but it was broken, and there were cockroaches in the grill. The fridge ice maker was broken too. I won't stay there again.

We spent three days there and found it calm and peaceful. Each house had a golf cart, which we enjoyed driving around the little ponds. We also really liked the village in the evenings!

The condo itself is great, but Villa Lagos HOA added a $100 charge that seemed arbitrary. They sent me a photo as justification, but it was taken at 6 p.m. after we'd checked out and wasn't even of the condo we rented. They still refuse to refund the incorrect credit card charge.
