The bedroom photos gave a misleading impression, and four bulbs were out. The shower head blew off the first time we tried using it. Still, the view is amazing and the place is right on the beach. Aiden, the guy on the beach, was so nice and helpful, and he worked incredibly hard.

The private beach was a big plus for us. It stayed uncrowded, and beach service was included. Food, shops, restaurants, and other amenities were within five miles, with minimal traffic. Miramar Beach is a perfect area, and we were extremely pleased with it. This year we stayed in Unit 309, which was nicely decorated and very clean. I'd seen reviews saying some Windancer rooms weren't clean or lacked clean towels, but that wasn't our experience with this unit. It did have a bit of a smell, possibly from mold or just the building's age. A few small-space Febreze air fresheners helped. The people above us, including children who kept running and jumping, stomped around a lot. That's no fault of Unit 309, but light sleepers may want the fourth floor. You also have to use stairs to get to the beach, which didn't bother us. Even so, this was one of the shortest walks from condo to beach we've had in all our years coming to the Gulf Coast. We'd definitely stay here again!

We loved the beautiful condo and the great view, but the noise from the unit above was aggravating. People ran around and slammed doors all day and night, and someone's dog barked constantly. I thought dogs weren't allowed. We were in unit 301, and I wouldn't book a lower floor again. I'd choose the top floor so I could get some rest. Aside from that, the unit was beautiful.

Unit 211 had several floor spots that need fixing, and a number of outlets didn't work, so our devices went uncharged. The refrigerator was nasty, and I had to wipe it down before we could put food in. The towels were gross, with stains all over them. The beach chair guy was so rude. The beach gate hardly worked, and it kept us from getting to the beach several times. It affected other people too.

It was quiet and we rested well. I liked having all the appliances, though I wish there'd been a Keurig K-Cup maker. The dishwasher was broken, so I contacted maintenance. The large ceiling fan didn't work either, and the outdoor GFCI was broken and busted, though it did work.
