She explained the amenities, floor plans, and application process, answering all my questions with patience and attention to detail. I used to live in the building under the previous management, and I'm impressed by American Landmark and the community programs they offer. Lis gave us one of the best apartment tours I've had. She was kind, informative, and made the visit a great time.
