The staff were really kind, but the room was dark and smelled like pee, and the mattress had stains all over it. The shower and sink were very old, cracked, and missing pieces, with spiderwebs in every corner. Worst hotel I’ve stayed in. I can’t recommend it, take this as a warning.

Our room was extremely clean, and the front desk checked that we had everything we needed. Wendy, the manager, always greeted us with a smile and was pleasant throughout. The whole staff were courteous from the minute we arrived and did their best to make us comfortable. Thanks to Wendy and everyone for a remarkable stay. I’d recommend Extended stay america to anyone traveling to the area or needing a place away from home.

I was there for three weeks as a travel nurse, and I regret choosing this place. The hallways and rooms smelled of pee and mildew, and it was dirty. A package went missing, the staff were rude, and the manager was especially rude. At checkout there were hidden fees and taxes, and no set rate. I was in a hurry to find somewhere, but should have asked to see the room and amenities first. I’d suggest looking at other locations with more amenities, or staying elsewhere. The other reviews are telling the truth.

Staff were friendly, and the place was quiet. For a reasonable price, it was a safe spot to sleep, with a small continental breakfast. The carpet in our room had visible stains, which was the one thing I wished were better.
