Lionsback Resort

We spent the days exploring Arches and Canyonlands, then came back to unwind in the hot tub and look at the stars under an incredibly clear night sky. Lionsback Resort made for an unforgettable Moab weekend. The setting was peaceful, with beautiful red rock views and all the comforts we wanted. Our room was spotless and thoughtfully designed, and the staff were warm, professional, and eager to make the stay memorable. It felt like a luxurious getaway that was still connected to nature. Can't wait to return.

Waking up to the views each morning was unforgettable. At Lionsback Resort in Moab, the villa was modern, spotless, and beautifully designed, with floor-to-ceiling windows that brought the red rock scenery into the room. The location felt unbeatable, surrounded by desert beauty yet only minutes from downtown. The staff offered warm, attentive service and made us feel well cared for. From the design and cleanliness to the peaceful setting, every detail was exceptional. Five stars all around. We can't wait to return.

We were there for three nights with friends, and the views from the hillside were a highlight. Lionsback Resort sits about two miles from town, with scenery all around. Our single-level home was beautifully put together, with concrete and modern design details. It had three bedrooms and 3.5 baths, though the layout seems best suited to two couples because of the dual master suites; adding more people could feel cramped. We split the cost of the home after seeing town suites listed around $800 a night, and it was an easy choice. Construction was still going on, but we didn’t hear any work. Just distant dune buggies over the weekend, which fit the Moab atmosphere. There wasn’t a pool yet, but we were busy visiting Arches and Dead Horse Point, so we didn’t miss it. Brooke, the GM, took care of the occasional new-property hiccup quickly and professionally. We’d happily stay again for the quiet, comfort, and setting just beyond town.

Brooke, the GM, was fantastic from check-in through answering our questions. We stayed for a long weekend with another couple, and the Casita gave us a nice balance of time together and space to ourselves. The luxury details made it feel special: a vapor fireplace, hardwood floors, T&G ceilings, a wet room, en-suite secondary bedrooms, an oversized garage, and a fully stocked kitchen. Being able to ride straight from the house to SlickRock and Hells Revenge was unbelievable. I’ve never had that kind of access in Moab before. We can’t wait to come back.
