Quality Inn Moab Slickrock Area

We enjoyed the breakfast, with egg omelets, potatoes, waffles, toast, and coffee available 24 hours. On weekends they extend breakfast hours, which was considerate. Weekend breakfast runs from 6 am to 10am. The location is handy for the parks, about 30m from Arches National Park and 50m from Canyonlands National Park. We had a good two-night stay, and the rooms were clean with housekeeping service up to the mark.

The breakfast space is small, and the walkways smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, though the rooms themselves weren’t smelly. I also found an expired, rotten muffin and reported it. The hotel feels old and worn down, but it seems to be trying to bring itself back with as little money as possible. There are posters everywhere asking guests to talk to them before posting negative reviews. You get what you pay for.

The breakfast was delicious, and after our long drive the day before, we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There are also cozy little corners around the hotel if you want somewhere quiet to read or play games with a friend. The staff were very nice and accommodating to me and my family.

I came to town in May to get married, and my family needed two rooms. The hotel we’d booked across town was horribly dirty and run down, so we immediately went looking for somewhere else and found Quality Slickrock. It was clean, and the rooms had plenty of space for what we needed. They arranged two rooms for our wedding weekend that same day with almost no hassle. After an incredibly stressful day, manager Patience was wonderful and helped us get sorted out. We didn’t use the breakfast because we already had other plans, but it looked good as we walked by. We won’t book another hotel when we come back to town.
