It’s a basic apartment, nothing special, and the owner should come take a look at a few things, including a cabinet that’s coming loose. You can hear people running around upstairs. The pool and hot tub area is nice, and there’s enough parking for several large trailers, so parking shouldn’t be a worry.

The apartment itself was nice and had laundry soap and dish soap available, but it was very noisy, with families and kids filling the halls, pool, and hot tub. The master bedroom bed was squeaky, lumpy, and uncomfortable. The grill was dirty when we arrived, even though the signs say to clean it after each use or pay a $25 cleaning fee, so we cleaned up the previous guest’s mess. The CO2 monitor beeped and malfunctioned on our first night. The rental agency told my husband to climb on a kitchen stool and disable it. 3.5 stars.

The condo was on the main level, a couple of miles from downtown Moab, with a gas station nearby. My main concern was security: the pool code opened the door, and the sliding side door was unlocked when we arrived.

We found the beds comfortable and check-in and checkout were easy. It was clean, though a little dated, and the appliances were what you’d expect in a rental. We stayed one night and had a good experience, with no complaints.
