We stayed in #7 in May 2019, and were there for one more night when I wrote this. With four kids, it turned out to be a great choice: clean, quiet, close to town, and comfortable inside with a modern feel. The road to the “habitations” is a little rough, but I’ve recommended the place to family who live out here for anyone else visiting. A small grill at each house would’ve been nice, though it wasn't a deal breaker. The bathroom plumbing could be better, and there was no way to give our 1 1/2-year-old a bath. The rules say “not pet friendly,” but we saw signs of residents bringing dogs, including poop among the rocks out back. It didn't bother us much, but the area should be cleaned up before guests arrive. All in all, a good place to stay.

After we left, I contacted management about the problems we found, but they weren't receptive and didn't seem to care. Stay somewhere else. On check-in, the sheets were stained and dirty, and the comforter looked so awful it seemed like someone had swept the floor with it. There was a used towel left in the bathroom, dried egg by the oven, a filthy freezer, and dirt and dust throughout. We called to ask for fresh sheets and a quick clean. The replacement sheets in one bedroom were stained too and had been put on inside out. Management blamed staff shortages. This place needs a serious deep clean. Don't waste your money, you'd be better off in a tent.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The floors hadn't been vacuumed and the counters hadn't been wiped down. The bathroom still had towels from previous guests, while the comforters had hair and bodily fluids on them and the sheets were stained and clearly unwashed. Management came over after we called and said they were understaffed, so nobody had checked the room. The cleaners then just turned the dirty sheets inside out. It feels like a corporation owns the place and has no investment in the home or location. I'd give zero stars if I could.

We found the place clean, with a modern look and really nice decor. The layout worked great for two couples and two singles. The beds were a bit hard, but after usually staying in motels, we'll definitely choose these again.

It had all the amenities we needed, including a full-size washer and dryer, and the bike wash station was a nice extra. The beds were very comfortable, Wi-Fi was fast, and the place was brand new. Great spot close to town.
