Best Western Plus Mobile Inn & Suites

There’s a $100 incidental deposit, and the full amount for our three-night stay was charged before checkout, which isn't what we're used to. It wasn't a major problem, just something to know. The stay itself was peaceful and welcoming, with easy check-in and enough parking. The property was kept up well, and housekeeping made the beds and left fresh towels and toiletries each day. Breakfast was well stocked every morning, the attendant was very kind and generous, and the area was spotless. We had one of our best hotel stays at the Best Western Plus in Mobile and would happily come back. I highly recommend it.

The only problem I found was a dirty rag tucked under the sink by the back wall. Otherwise, it was a great first stay. The room was clean and nice, with a pull-out couch, microwave, fridge, Keurig, lots of clothing storage, and outlets on both sides of the bed. Breakfast had eggs, sausage, biscuits, and gravy. The eggs and biscuits with gravy were great, though the sausage was a little tough. Staff were friendly, and check-in and checkout were easy. We'll definitely stay here again.

I’ll definitely stay here again when I'm in Mobile, AL, especially if the rates are competitive. I’d like to get the name of the person who checked me in so I have a contact here. I’d originally booked another Best Western just up the road for under $80 because I didn't know this one was nearby, and most rooms I saw that night were over $115. I showed up at the wrong property, but the desk agent offered me a huge suite for a great price, called the other hotel, and arranged the cancellation. This place was really nice, and the suite was only about $20 more than my original room. The staff were really nice. I highly recommend it.

I had a great stay and would come back if I'm in the area. I usually bring my whole cleaning kit and sanitize every part of a hotel room, but I couldn't find even a speck of dirt here. The room was comfortable and clean. The bed wasn't quite as comfortable as I'd have liked, but knowing the room was so clean made the stay even better.
