Countryside Campground

We’ve been coming here every year for nine years, and we’ll see you again next year. This time, the new family running the campground made things easy for our three groups arriving from different places. They were pleasant and knowledgeable, and helped everyone get settled without any arrival problems. The whole place, pool included, was clean.

The weather wasn’t great, but the staff had lots of activities planned so the fun kept going. We liked the place enough to extend our stay, and we’ll definitely come back. It’s a great little family getaway, with a really helpful staff. We also learned it’s under new management, and they’re doing a wonderful job.

It feels peaceful and family friendly here, and the care the managers show for campers really stands out. Jason and Michelle are welcoming, quick to respond, and always willing to do extra to help. Since taking over as the new 2026 managers, they’ve kept busy cleaning, landscaping, tending the pool, and looking after campers. We see that work every time we visit, and the improvements show. A CLEAN, FRIENDLY, well-managed campground or RV park in Northeast Ohio.

I stayed in a rental camper on opening weekend, and it had everything I wanted, from pots and pans to clean sheets, towels, and a few extras. There was also a fire pit and an outdoor grill. They were getting the pool ready for warmer weather, and the office had plenty of handy items. The campground was clean and quiet, and management was really nice and helpful. There were fun games and food in the rec hall too. I’ll definitely be back!
