The pool area was a big disappointment. Bird droppings were all over, even on the steps into the pool, and tiles were missing from the hot tub. The whole area needs cleaning and a power wash. A pergola or shade sail might help with the birds. The halls and rooms could use renovation too. It is clean, but the wear and tear is easy to see.

A good hotel for West Texas, with a great location and nice, well-kept sleeping rooms. The pillows were great. The coffee machine didn’t work, and the breakfast attendant didn’t seem to care. The exercise room was dirty, the equipment clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while, and the treadmills kept showing errors.

The staff were great, friendly, and accommodating. I still had to sleep in my truck, though. There weren’t any phone plug-ins without a wall jack. At least I was able to get a shower.

Jamie welcomed us with a smile and a kind, cordial manner, and she was very accommodating. The lobby and breakfast room were spacious and clean, and the buffet had lots of options. Our room was clean and comfortable too, so thanks to the housekeeping staff. There are plenty of places to eat and get fuel nearby, and the area was well lit.

By day three, I still had no housekeeping, the TV still didn’t work, and I needed new keys. I was running out of things in the room to dry off with. The TV was broken from the start, and maintenance never showed. My keys also stopped working on the second night. It was a terrible experience.
