Shannon was awesome, greeting me at the door and making me feel at home. She's laid back and hospitable, and really makes her home feel like yours. The house is beautiful and spotless, the rooms were very clean, and she has just about anything you might need. I'll definitely go back and recommend booking a stay here. Thanks again, Shannon.

I had a great first stay and loved the house and location, but this visit went very differently. A few hours before we arrived, after I'd texted my ETA, she told me the water had been off for days and she'd forgotten to cancel my reservation. I was already ten hours into the drive and only four hours away. I asked for my $100 deposit back, and she said she'd send it through Cash App, but it never came. When I followed up, she replied, “Humm, I hit pay let me see what happened.” Then she stopped answering my texts. It's been three days with no response from the owner. This felt very unprofessional: guests weren't told to find another place to stay, and I still haven't been refunded for a room I couldn't use through no fault of my own. Since she only takes payment through Cash App, you can't get a refund from them once the payment goes through. Be careful.
