Dashad went out of his way to help us with a refrigerator and a TV, and he kept at it despite the challenges. The helpful, friendly service continued through our stay, with no complaints or negativity from the team. I'm impressed with everyone there. They're the best, and I appreciate the welcoming environment at the extended stay location in Monroeville 15146.

On our first night, an emergency came up in the middle of the night. The staff responded attentively and were very helpful. The rooms were clean on that stay and again when we returned. Their customer service was the best I've seen from my travels.

The room smelled awful and was dirty. They went through my things, but didn't change the sheets or towels. Way overpriced. Don't waste your money or time here.

The front desk staff were really nice, but the parking lot and entrance felt sketchy. As soon as I walked inside, I smelled pot and cigarettes, and that smell carried through the hotel. Housekeeping was loud in the halls and cussing. The bed was clean, but the room was disgusting. The kitchen, curtains, and bathroom had questionable stains. The TV was busted, with bad sound and picture, and it sat low and awkwardly off-center from the table. I'm pretty sure people live here, too. Seriously, don't come. Go across the street to the Holiday Inn or Courtyard.

Natasha, Rashad, and the manager were professional, kind, and attentive before and during my visit. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the property was well maintained. I had an excellent stay.
