The location was handy, and the young woman who checked me in was nice. She helped with the TV remote when it wasn't working at first. My bed was clean, apart from a big yellow mark on the blanket, and it was just okay, though I've slept in worse. I got through the stay, but the room wasn't very clean and smelled of stale cigarettes, so I skipped showering. They advertise the rooms as new, but new flooring and a bad paint job don't make them feel new. I'm not necessarily telling people to avoid the place, but keep in mind you get what you pay for.

I was in town for a conference and had booked one night. The room was spacious and warm, which I appreciated since it was chilly outside. It was quiet, and the bed was comfortable, so I slept well. The desk staff greeted me with a smile and gave me my room key.

I was here for work and booked a standard room. When I came to the office, the guy helped me out by upgrading it to a premium room. I don't know why the reviews are so bad, mine was really clean, including the bathroom and shower. It's hard to find a nice, clean motel around here. The TV could use an upgrade, though.

The room was disgusting from the moment my 5-year-old daughter and I opened the door. It smelled terribly of mold, mildew, and wet dog. The tub was filthy, the microwave and fridge had spilled food inside, the floors were awful, and the sheets looked slept in. The TV remote didn't work either, so we couldn't watch anything. I went to the desk, and the woman giggled, apologized that it was dirty, and did nothing to help. I used to be a housekeeper for five years, and this room would never pass inspection. I recorded everything when we arrived and when we checked out. My son booked a third-floor room too, and his TV was broken. I told him to record it as proof, since people say the hotel keeps deposits and blames guests for existing damage. I'm not interested in a canned apology about taking feedback seriously. This place doesn't care about customers. It's like a roach motel and should be shut down. Worst hotel experience I've ever had, and never again. If they think they're keeping my deposit, they'll hear from my lawyers.
