The staff were friendly, but this was a very disappointing stay and not what I expect from a Marriott after years of loyalty. The room was not filthy, though it wasn’t as clean as it should have been, and someone smoking a lot of weed made the whole floor stink, with the smell getting into our room. The shower head seemed made for someone five feet tall. We stayed five days and were told housekeeping came every other day. I kept asking and was told “today,” but we got no service until the day before we left. Even then, they took the dirty towels and blankets and left the foldout couch unmade, without bringing fresh towels or coffee. We had to make multiple trips to the front desk for those, and dirty towels piled up in the hall during our stay.

The parking lot felt sketchy, with people hanging around, and the pool was too small. The Jacuzzi water looked dirty. Inside, the couch and footstool were very dirty, the balcony door was locked, and the bathroom lights kept switching off. The hot water turned cold while I showered, and the body wash was empty, so I was glad I brought my own. The staff weren’t friendly either. After a long drive, I normally like to relax on a balcony. I won’t be back soon and wouldn’t recommend the place to family or friends.

Everyone took care of my needs, from check-in and housekeeping to the restaurant staff. I needed accessible options, and Marriott came through for me. The whole team was great, and I’ll book here again on my next trip down. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Our room was clean and comfortable, with an okay amount of space, though the bathroom was small. This is a pretty basic Courtyard beside the 210 freeway, but our room didn’t get much road noise. There’s no charge for parking, but the usual free Marriott breakfast isn’t offered.

The rooms could use a bit of sprucing up, but I really enjoyed my stay. The location and service were amazing. Breakfast and coffee were good, especially the burrito, which should be everyone’s go-to. There are lots of other food options nearby, and the front desk has good recommendations.
