We found black bits of lint or dirt and an oily-looking stain on the sheet when I pulled it back. The place also seemed to have a lot of peculiar characters. We got a refund without too much hassle, though the manager checked and said she couldn't see anything. Of course, black bits against a white sheet aren't easy to miss. We went across the way to Candlewood Suites and got a lovely, clean room. It cost more, but was absolutely worth it. The price here may look good, but go somewhere else.

I killed about seven roaches as soon as I walked into the room, then spent much of the night wondering if there were more in the bed. You'll need air freshener when you enter, too. It was supposed to be a quick stop to sleep and get back on the road, but that was my experience.

The owners are wonderful, and the rooms are roomy and comfortable. I liked having snacks and drinks available. For a cheap place to sleep for a night, I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

There was nothing that could pass for breakfast, the shower didn't work, and bent screws were all that held the door's security lock on. Disgusting. This place gives “dump” a whole new meaning, and booking agencies should remove it. I've stayed in rundown WWII barracks in better shape.
