We left about 10 minutes after checking in. The room smelled like cigarettes, the bathroom door was cracked and difficult to open and close, and there was mold above the bathroom door and shower. The door wouldn't lock, even after I closed it several times. We went through hotels.com for a refund and have photos and video showing the poor, hazardous conditions. The owner has been uncooperative and refused the refund.

The rooms are fairly modern and clean, and the AC works like a dream. It's not the Ritz, but it's perfectly acceptable. The biggest drawback is the location on 309. You can only get in from one direction and can only exit the parking lot one way, so depending on where you're headed or where you're coming from, you may have to loop around to reach the other side of 309. Otherwise, it's central to everything in Montgomeryville, with a Wawa nearby for snacks. The motel lobby is pretty limited.

My family member checked in around 3 a.m. on Christmas Eve and was told to leave at 11 that morning. He asked for a little more time since he'd arrived so late, but they wouldn't give it. The employees were rude and disrespectful when telling him to go. They showed no empathy or professionalism. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

It's an affordable place for a few days. The man at the front desk was very kind and let me check in early. The inn definitely needs renovation, but for a cheap stay, you can't expect everything to be perfect.

There was dust everywhere in the room, and the bathroom was awful. It had no soap or shampoo, the toilet wouldn't flush properly, and the whole space smelled like pee. For what I paid, I expected basic cleanliness and supplies, but even those were missing. I had a really bad stay and wouldn't recommend this hotel.
