The building looks great from outside and the location worked well for us, close to my husband's work, places to eat, and Costco within walking distance. They also let us have extra time to check out after refusing at first. But inside, the upkeep was disappointing. The carpeting in our two-day suite seemed never to have been washed. My white socks picked up so much dirt that the bottoms turned black. The kitchen had the basics: a good-sized fridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave, cups, plates, silverware, towels, kitchen paper, and dish soap. There were no pots or pans. The bathroom was split, with the sink in the main bedroom, which wasn't convenient because my husband had to get up early for work and the light and running water woke me while I wanted to sleep. The toilet and bathtub were separate. The tub was slippery, though thankfully there was a handicap rail to hold. The bathroom ceiling was wet from what looked like old leaks, and mold was growing there. Breakfast was good, with cereal, bread, pastries, whole and cut fruit, scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles, yogurt, juice, tea, and coffee.

The breakfast could have had more flavor, but we had a great stay overall and would consider coming back. The hotel was very clean, and our room was comfortable, spacious, and well maintained. The location was perfect for our plans, close to everything we needed.

The room was quiet and the staff member was very friendly when we checked out. But the place is old and needs a refresh. Things seem caulked together, I nearly pulled the shower head out of the wall trying to adjust it, and the toilet wobbled.

The location is very good, but this place has gone from bad to nasty since my two earlier extended business stays. I had to keep nagging the front desk to get my room cleaned once a week, and breakfast was only set out most of the time. I'm staying somewhere else on this trip. It costs less, and they'll clean the room.

We came to the area for a birthday on Oct. 11, 2025, and got a handicap room. The heat didn't work at all, and neither did the phone. They sent a worker to check the heat, only to find it still wasn't working. Then they asked me to call downstairs from my own phone if it eventually came on. Even knowing about these problems, they offered no accommodations. Customer service should have made our stay more comfortable.
