The location worked perfectly for us, just a short distance from the venue where my niece got married, with restaurants down the road. Management was very nice and informative, and the cleaning staff were thorough and respectful of the property. We stayed two nights and would come back.

It’s not the most modern place, but I found it clean, soothing, and comfortable. There’s a nice chair where you can sit and have a drink. It’s easy to get around on foot, with restaurants and a few waterfalls within walking distance. What a find. Highly recommend.

The service was wonderful, and they even had a light breakfast. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the shower and towels were just right. It’s not a fancy upscale motel, but it has what you need. We were lucky to find it, and I’ll definitely stay again.

I’ve been back four or five times because it’s so convenient, within walking distance of the Falls Home and downtown Montour Falls, and I’ve always been comfortable. The motel-style building is in a relatively quiet spot. Rooms are pretty clean and well maintained, with everything working. The mattresses are especially good quality. There’s a microwave and fridge in the rooms, plus fresh soap, coffee, and other basics. The TV channel selection beats what you get at a lot of hotels. The main office offers simple breakfast items like muffins, fruit, and coffee from 6:30-9:30 AM. Staff have always been friendly and helpful.
