The manager was friendly, but the hotel itself was a disaster. Floors and bed sloped and sagged, the bedding was stained, and my husband woke up with several bug bites. The bathtub was dirty and the carpet had several large dark stains. We were glad to find somewhere to stay, but we’d have felt safer and more comfortable sleeping in the car at a rest stop. Definitely not worth $100 for the night.

The lobby looked very pretty, but the hallways were filthy and seemed like they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. The glassed-in corridor windows were so dirty, with cobwebs, that you could barely see out; they looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. And the smells were awful: NagChampa in the lobby, then urine, mildew, and body odor in the corridors. 🫣👎

The staff were very nice, but the room was gross and uncomfortable, even though it was supposedly “clean.” Old carpet had patches in several places, the room smelled of cigarette smoke despite being “non-smoking,” and the air felt damp. The wallpaper was nasty, the ceiling had several leak spots, the bed sagged in the middle, and the pillows were hard. Never again.

For the price, it’s a fine place to crash, with no unexpected surprises and cleanliness that seemed okay. Check-in was easy and the staff were very generous. A nice extra was having a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in the room. We did have repeated problems with the key cards not working, though.
