The room felt like a cave. On my side of the building there were no windows facing outdoors, just one by the door that looked into the hallway. You feel like you’re in a fishbowl when people walk past. The pillows were throw pillow size, not proper sleeping pillows. Bring a working phone hotspot, because the hotel internet is nearly useless and clearly throttled streaming on YouTube and Twitch. The hotel shares a location with Suburban Studios and Quality Inn. I didn’t realize that when booking, and I should have checked the Quality Inn reviews, which I think are more accurate than the Suburban Studios ones. There was a noisy indoor model toy tractor pull event that weekend, but it wasn’t listed on the hotel website. I have no problem with the participants or organizers. My issue is that the hotel didn’t make the event clear on its website or enforce quiet hours. Suburban Studios’ site says nothing about events. Quality Inn’s site mentions asking about events about three-fourths of the way down the page, and says they end by 11 p.m. The receptionist said people would probably quiet down around then, but that wasn’t acceptable to me. Most hotels start quiet hours at 9 or 10 p.m. Had I known about the event, I wouldn’t have booked. At midnight, people at the event were still shouting and making noise. Staff clearly didn’t care about guests who weren’t there for the event or about keeping quiet hours. The website’s claim that events end by 11 p.m. was clearly untrue.

The warm pool was peaceful, the breakfast was nice and had a waffle press, and the restaurant looked good. Staff were kind and one worker even offered to help with the door and said I could put in a maintenance request. I didn’t, because I was tired. Most of the time the door wouldn’t close all the way unless we moved the knob from inside. My room also had no window, which matters to me. The TVs weren’t the best, though I only peeked at the cable channels and didn’t use one. The kitchenette had almost a full-size fridge, and the beds were very comfortable. It was a really nice stay at one of the better hotels I’ve been to, and I’d recommend it over the others.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with a kitchen and full-size fridge. The pool area was clean and great, and the hot tub may be the nicest I’ve ever seen in a hotel. There’s a sauna, too. I was a little nervous because there weren’t many reviews, but this place was ten times better than a holiday inn. Even my very picky mother loved it.

Right off the Ohio Turnpike, the location was fantastic, but we couldn’t hear the freeway at all. There’s a big lot for semis out back beside a little pond. The town is cute and quiet, and the place seemed pretty safe. We stayed on Thanksgiving night, so everything was peaceful. I can imagine the hotel’s center could get loud if there were a party. The pool and hot tub area were amazing, the hotel was very clean, and the bed and linens were as comfy as usual. We book this chain for the beds, since sleeping well is what matters, and this was a lovely night’s rest. Breakfast was standard hotel fare, enough to fill the gap. The price was fantastic, and I’d stay again if I’m in the area. The restaurant wasn’t open, which was disappointing, though we understand people should be home with family for the holiday. Still, we were hungry, and nothing nearby was open either. The little kitchenette let us make do with leftovers from our cooler, but it would’ve been useful to have dishes, pans, and utensils to use it.

We’ve stayed here twice and already know we’ll be back. The place is quiet and spotless, and the room, pool, service, and breakfast were all amazing. Best hotel we’ve ever stayed at, hands down.
