Jade was so helpful and friendly. I visit the area at least once a year, and this time I was there to celebrate my 70th birthday. I was amazed to find a dozen roses and a sweet card from Jade and the staff waiting in my room. That thoughtful gesture filled my heart with warmth and joy. I love the updated rooms, and the location makes a great home base for exploring the area. Thank you all so much. See you again soon!

The staff were the real highlight. I first spoke with Kimmie while making my reservation before flying into Montrose to be near a relative in the ICU. She was kind and understanding from the start, and throughout my stay she went out of her way to meet my needs and make things easier. Shuttle drivers Tony and Randy (Ryan?) were also wonderful, kind, and supportive. My room was clean and quiet, the shuttle worked great, and breakfast was convenient with plenty of options.

I had a pretty good one-night stay at this Holiday inn. The room was well appointed, with fresh linens, a comfortable bed and pillows, and a clean bathroom. The shower had good pressure too. Breakfast was quite good, with fresh omelettes, roasted potatoes, and quality baked goods. The staff were really nice and welcoming.

The place is beautiful and so clean! Breakfast was great, with everything you could think of. Tytianna helped us at check-in and was amazing. The staff are so nice. I'd give her 10 stars if I could.

The hotel is clean and nice, but the service was the real highlight. Tay took such good care of me. I went down to sort things out about five times, and she never seemed tired of helping. She was also super helpful with suggestions for things to see. Ryan was brand new, though I wouldn't have known from how he helped. He jumped right in with excellent restaurant suggestions. They're second to none, and the hotel is lucky to have them!
